REGISTRATION FOR ECPCC 2017 IS CLOSED!
In the end of May you have received an email with payment information for the registration fee. The due date for the registration fee was June 10, 2017. The registration fee is not refundable in case of cancellation.
The conference lodging and meals has a fixed price for the whole venue between 23rd and 28th. Unfortunately we cannot reduce the price individually should you choose to come later or leave earlier or not to attend the excursion or part of the meals. Due date for lodging and meals is August 13th.
In addition to the registration fee there will be the following costs:
- The price that includes lodging at the conference venue, all the meals that are mentioned in the conference schedule, the conference program, and the excursion to Helsinki on Saturday: 510 € (double room) -570€ (single room) or
- The price without lodging – includes all the meals that are mentioned in the conference schedule, the conference program, and the excursion to Helsinki on Saturday- is 250€

Booking a room for extra night costs 60 € (incl. breakfast).
Subsequent changes are possible.
