Christmas 2006

Address of the President of the ECPCC

Father Adamantios Avgoustidis, MD, PhD

Dear friends, participants and supporters of the ECPCC meetings,

The year 2006 is coming to its end and it leaves behind a lot of sorrows, tears and suffering, together with moments of feeling God’s grace touching us.
I am sure that all of us have tasted several good and bad moments in our pastoral work and some of us in our own lives.
Nevertheless, a new year is coming and we all wish that the birth of the God-child will open again the gates of hope and inspiration for our mission.

Don’t forget that the next conference of 2009 will take place at Leuven, Belgium, hosted by the Catholic University, Faculty of Theology in a nice university town!
Please remember to keep yourselves informed about all the recent news and developments of ECPCC by visiting our website (http://www.ecpcc.info) which has been renewed in an excellent manner by Klaus Temme and it is constantly and very well updated by Anne Vandenhoeck.

Please accept my warmest wishes to you and your dear ones for a Merry Christmas and a blessed 2007!

sincerely yours
Father Adamantios Avgoustidis,
MD, PhD Psychiatrist, Theologian,
Lecturer at the University of Athens, Greece
President of the ECPCC
