INVITATION
Dear council members,
The meeting for the council members of the
European Council for Pastoral Care and Counceling will take place in Krzyzowa (Poland)
on Monday August 6 2007 at 2 pm.
As such it will take place one day before the the meeting of the ICPCC starts (on Tuesday August 7).
If you plan your traveling, you will find down below a list of airlines flying to Wroclav.
We were promised that the shuttle service to Krzyzowa will start on Sunday afternoon, August 5th 2007.
Rooms can be reserved in Krzyzowa for Sunday and Monday night, and of course for the length of the ICPCC conference.
For Sunday and Monday the costs are 60,00€ per person per night for accommodation, food and rent of the meeting-rooms.
This amount has to be paid to ICPCC and will be collected IN CASH in Krzyzowa.
ICPCC pays to the Academy in one invoice for all costs.
Very important:
The ECPCC members should register soon for the Council Meeting and Congress.
